Found parakeet on Grant Street in Novato

Found a blue and white parakeet / budgie August 30, 2021. The bird was at the BofA drive-thru ATM, not sure why. It could have just used the walk-up. If you have lost a bird, contact me with a description and hopefully you can be reunited.
