Arizona pool and fountain guys LLC, is a financially stable, fast growing, family-owned company, specializing in high quality fountain and swimming pool service all over valley. We are looking to hire responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Pool Service Technicians to join our team IMMIDIATETLY. Applicants must take pride in their work and ownership of their job duties, have good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience and understanding of pool water chemistry, filters, pumps, and other cleaning systems is preferred, but not necessary. Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be honest and reliable, and able to work independently. Job Description: This is a year-round Full-Time position. Technicians will be cleaning pools, maintaining proper water chemistry, and ensuring correct operation of pool equipment. Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions please) • Valid AZ driver license and clean driving record • Clean criminal record and drug free • A clean-cut, professional look and able to communicate with customers pleasantly • Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes • Be reliable and sometimes work long hours • Be organized, have the ability to OPORATE a smart phone, able communicate with supervisor daily! • Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs • Be able to supply verifiable employment references • Be able to work legally in the US Compensation: • Hourly • Paid Holiday Vacation • Paid training • Excellent benefits • Paid holidays • Birthdays off • Raise after 90days • Company trucks provided
