Weekend Farm and Greenhouse Support Staff Part-Time Hours: • Friday Afternoon, Saturday & Sunday 8 am – 5pm Benefits: • Retirement plan with company match • Free meals on shift Pay: starting at $14.00 per hour Responsibilities: • Feed, water, and take care of all animals on the farm (chickens, mini’s, goats) • Water the greenhouses and check heating/cooling systems are functioning properly • Handle all garden chores • Engage residents interested in helping with the chores Qualifications: • At least 21 years or older to be on company insurance and drive CooperRiis vehicles • Clean driving record • Experience working on a farm or garden setting • Previous experience in working with adults with mental health challenges or emotional distress preferred • Able to lift up to 50 lbs • Good communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and show initiative in making decisions *CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
