Pasta Making with your sweetheart! Marriage/Couple advice 101...Cook Together! In this hands on class you and your sweetie will get smothered in flour making your own pasta dough to create a delicious meal of Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo, and Cheese Ravioli. Menu for the evening will be Mixed green salad w/ house made dressing from Olivelle oils and vinegars, Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo, Cheese Ravioli w/ Launa's Red Sauce, House made Focaccia Bread w/ dipping oil. One white and one red Italian wine to be paired with the Alfredo and Ravioli. Cost for this class is $135/couple Please notify us at sign up if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-0091 What to Expect: The Couples Pasta Making class is taught by Chef Launa Tierney who specializes in Italian Cuisine with a emphasis on pastas. This cooking class is a hands-on class. You will work as a couple as you make your own pasta dough then roll and cut using pasta machine. Chef will demo and share with you how she makes her own tomato sauce. You will have a meal of pasta w/ sauce, Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo and Cheese Ravioli, mixed green salad, focaccia bread w/ olives oils all while having a fun evening out in the kitchen! Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) You will have 30 minutes after the class to shop. Two glasses of wine and other beverages will be served during the class. Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
