Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is hosting its annual Health Fair at the Watsonville City Plaza on October 1, 2021 We invite you to participate in this fun, free community Health Fair by providing information, resources, and/or wellness screenings to the community. Activities at the event will include entertainment (music and dance), children's art activities, prizes, and more!!!!!! CHT will provide a table and two chairs for each tabling participant. You are welcome and encouraged to bring additional supplies as needed (i.e. canopy, table cloth). We hope you will bring an interactive activity. Logistical details will be provided closer to the event. Please plan to arrive no later than 2:30 pm for set-up and tearing down after 7 pm. 501 (c) 3 nonprofit healthcare foundation with a mission to foster a health and equitable community for all in the Pajaro Valley through leadership in advocacy, collaboration, and wellness.
