Description

Janitor for Apartment Building Responsibilities include: Cleans and maintains lobby, office areas, conference rooms, hallways, bathrooms. Vacuums daily. Cleans stairways and elevators. Clean and stock break room. Collect trash. Other duties as assigned. Job duties may include lifting up to 30 lbs and pushing up to 50 lbs. Such as trash bags and trash containers. Required Attributes include: Able to take direction and follow instructions. Must be able to adhere to a provided schedule but also have the ability to be flexible as needed. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form. Must have reliable transportation. We have day porter shift (7:30 AM - 4 PM) & Evening part-time shifts (5 PM - 8 PM)
