Do NOT contact us with unsolicited services or offers Field Technician (Fiber Protection Specialist) Job Summary: Willing to undergo proper technical training like applicator's guidelines, usage of the solutions, and equipment handling in rendering the fabric and rug protection and care. Physically able to perform activities, quality control check, excellent people skills, time-sensitive, diligent, courteous, committed for long-term job permanence. Essential Requirements: Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required High school degree or equivalent. With or without technical experience (but is trainable) Able to fit or adapt in the industry Job Duties: Trainable: Able to clean several types of fabrics on location like upholstery, rugs, and carpets. Trainable: Able to identify the different kinds of spots and successfully treat them. Trainable: Must be able to identify the different types of fabrics, leather, rugs and then choose the correct protector to apply to these. Prepares the equipment, solutions, and other supplies needed in the service area Must be physically able to perform the work including but not limited to moving furniture, carrying cleaning equipment, navigate equipment, bringing carpets and rugs up and down the staircases. Preserves a safe and clean work environment before leaving the clients' homes. Electronic Tech: Must operate Field Management Software (FMS) and any electronic data entry. Knows to create a real-time report and documentation compliant. Must follow directives as to how a procedure needs to be carried out. Provides quality service by following the company standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
