All Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including: Maintenance Foreman • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • Pool certification a plus • Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus • Previous property management experience • A hands-on supervisory approach • Four years' supervisory experience preferred • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance • Must have tools, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification • All facets of apartment repair and maintenance • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance • Must have tools, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license Carpenters • Interior and exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing • Must have tools and reliable transportation Make-Ready Technicians • Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical • Carpentry • Make Ready Skills • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance • Must have tools and reliable transportation Porter/Groundskeeper • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Willing to do any kind of clean-up work • Basic maintenance & repair knowledge • Experience operating a blower and pressure washer a plus! • Must have reliable transportation Our people are our most important asset and we invest in them accordingly!
