We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members. All positions are eligible for excellent salary and full benefits package including 401K matching! Multiple full-time positions are available! Maintenance Techs and Make-Ready Techs • Basic plumbing • Basic electrical • HVAC experience and EPA certification are required for the techs • All facets of apartment make-ready Carpenters • Interior remodeling • Exterior remodeling • Cabinet refacing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical • Basic plumbing We believe that our people are one of our most important assets and we invest in them accordingly!
