Bieck Management is seeking a talented and motivated Property Manager for a 40 unit apartment building in Grafton! Responsibilities will include: - Property maintenance and general upkeep of the apartments and grounds - Answering phone calls 7 days a week and scheduling appointments to show apartments - Must be on call "24 hours" for emergencies - Leasing apartments - Follow the management companies policies and procedures - Maintain strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service - Attend to tenant complaints and problems relating to service and lease provisions - Ensure all vacant apartments are prepared in a timely fashion to our high standards - Respond to resident requests and work orders (plumbing, electrical and general maintenance issues) in a timely manner Skills/Qualifications: - Excellent customer service skills - High level of organization and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Strong time management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Self motivation and self-direction - Ability to work with and without direct supervision - Ideal candidate will have general maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting The ideal candidate will live onsite for Rent Credit!
