Looking for 1 Person for Cleaning and Light Maintenance for a 2 story Office Building. You will be cleaning by yourself twice per week once in the evening after 6 pm on weekdays and once on weekend daytime or night hours that are flexible approximately 2-3 hours per cleaning (Selection of either Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday or Saturday or Sunday with flexible hours). Must be reliable, honest and demostrate that you are dependable. Work will include the following: (Written Cleaning Requirements and Duties provided.) - Vacuuming carpeted floors at all Offices and Hallways - Mopping vinyl floors and stairways - Cleaning 5 restrooms - Removal of trash and recyclables from all offices and placed into proper dumpsters at exterior - Shampooing existing carpets (As Needed) - Replacing burnt out 4 ft. ceiling light bulbs (As Needed or Optional) - Painting after tenants move out (When Needed or Optional) - Small repairs (When Needed or Optional) Call or Text Larry at 414-254-5178
