Pay at the bar upon arrival. Featured wine and tasting notes: - Clos Du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 A dark ruby with aromas of black cherry, plum, and brown spice with hints of toasted oak. The fruit follows in the mouth with cassis and black cherry, round tannins, a full body, with a long, silky finish. Indian Summer weather patterns prevailed through the Fall allowing the grapes to ripen to full maturity prior to being picked and resulting in wines of exceptionally high quality and concentration. - Harken Chardonnay Oaky, Buttery, and Bold. 100% barrel fermented to create a rich Chardonnay with a classic profile of tropical fruit and Bosc pear alongside warm oak aromatics. - Quilt, Fabris of The Land Red Blend Quilt comes from the well-known Caymus family. It is Crimson red with plum highlights. With expressive aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate, and lightly toasted almonds with a hint of spices and vanilla. The palate consists of complex flavors ripe black cherry, cocoa, and hints of rosemary.
