Sample from 11 or more regional wineries located at various host businesses in downtown Oil City (North Side Business District) Stroll around town, sample from 11 or more regional wineries (with a sprinkle of spirits & brews) located at various host businesses in downtown Oil City during Oil City Uncorked, 4:30 – 8:30 pm on Friday September 17. Participating vendors: Allegheny Cellars Winery, Black Dog Winery, Brokenstraw Valley Winery, Deer Creek Winery, Fractured Grape/Novosel, Lynchwood Spirits, Two Birch Winery, Twisted Vine Winery, Wapiti Ridge Winery, Webb Winery, and The Winery at Wilcox. Light refreshments available at host businesses, plus downtown restaurants will be open for regular dining. Enjoy live music in the Town Square with Champagne Rain (sponsored by Venango Museum of Art, Science & Industry) from 5-8 pm. Tasting glass included; 300 lucky random attendees will receive a commemorative Oil City 150 tasting glass. Tickets: $30.00 advance through September 15, 2021 (also available at Tipsy Chef, 45 Seneca Street) or $35.00 at the door. Oil City Uncorked is for ages 21 & over, valid photo ID required on event day. Sorry, no refunds on ticket purchases. Check-in opens at 3:30 pm and closes at 6:30 pm at the Oil Region Alliance, 217 Elm Street. Each ticket holder must report in person to the event check-in with ticket/email confirmation and valid photo ID in hand. Upon check-in, ticketholders will receive a complimentary tasting glass and a map with winery locations (all located within walking distance). All wine samples must be consumed inside the host business; please sample responsibly. A wine pick-up location will be available for wine purchased during the event; all wine purchases must be picked up by 9:00 pm on September 17, 2021.
