Have you been thinking about becoming an AR-NICA Coach Trainer? We are looking for you. This weekend is where that training takes place. Coach Trainers are pivotal to the success of the league by providing On The Bike skills sessions to coaches. The Coach Trainer Retreat is where existing AR-NICA coaches can get the appropriate training to become a Coach Trainer. This event is FREE for AR-NICA coaches. Coaches must be Level 2 or 3 to attend. On-site lodging is provided. We have a house with 16 beds. Alternate lodging can be booked at the participant's expense. There are hotels and an RV park nearby. The retreat will be in Mountain View, Arkansas. Participants are responsible for their travel. A shuttle will be leaving NW Arkansas in the afternoon on Friday for about ten people. Sign up early to reserve a seat. The shuttle returns on Sunday.
