Purple House Project PA, Inc 5th Annual MY PURPLE PATH Walk Founded in 2016, Purple House Project PA, Inc (PHPPA), a 501(c)(3) organization, (Tax ID 811222533)works tirelessly to fulfill its mission to Strengthen, Empower, and Transition women impacted by Intimate Partner Violence. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and as it approaches PHPPA prepares to host it’s 5th Annual “My Purple Path” Walk/Fair. In previous years it’s been held in Delaware county however, this year because much of our work is in North Philadelphia we decided to move the location. It will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 12-4p.m. The walk will start at the Tioga-Hope-Park and Garden at 2000-08 West Tioga Philadelphia, PA 19140 to Hunting Park Ave, east on Hunting Park Ave to Hunting Park 1104 Hunting Park, Philadelphia, PA 19140. At the park we’ll have a program , vendor fair, and other activities . PHPPA is inviting you to support and participate in this year’s event. The donation to walk is $5 an $25 with event T-shirt. There are many ways in which both individuals and organizations can support PHPPA in their effort to make a positive impact in the community. “My Purple Path” is in need of volunteers, vendors, community resource providers, and donated items for a raffle. Additionally, PHPPA is excitedly seeking sponsors for “My Purple Path” 2021! There are three tiers for sponsorship. Sponsors who donate $500 will be featured on our event t-shirt, all of PHPPA printed material for fiscal year 2021-2022 and website $300 on PHPPA website and t-shirt $100 will receive a complementary event shirt. Sponsorship deadline is September 16, 2021. We’re looking for all types of vendors. Vendors can email [email protected] to reserve a spot. Must bring own table and chairs. Proceeds from this event will go towards PHPPA’s capital campaign for physical space to offer services that holistically support women impacted by Intimate Partner Violence and provides transitional housing. Purple House Project PA Inc. is a Delaware County base nonprofit! Our mission is to strengthen, empower, and transition women who experience Intimate Partner Violence.
