Pool Service Technician/Construction Laborer

Pearson Pool Company is hiring a pool service technician or a construction laborer for part or full-time work. We are seeking an individual who is reliable, positive, motivated, and hard-working who has a customer service focused attitude and TAKES PRIDE IN HIS OR HER WORK. We are offering a competitive starting wage. Healthcare, vacation and sick pay are offered after the probationary period. Applicants with proven prior experience and a solid work history may receive higher compensation and a sign-on bonus. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain swimming pools on a weekly basis - Perform water chemistry evaluation - Add necessary chemicals - Keep truck clean, organized and stocked - Notify office of repairs as needed - Attend meetings as scheduled Requirements: - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Able to work in all weather conditions - Able to swim - Must be able to start at 7am and work overtime if needed - Prior experience preferred, but we will train the right person Pre-hire Requirements: - DMV Printout - Background Check - Drug Test Email resume or call the office at 209-632-6682
