I can no longer attend, but I know someone who wants my ticket, can I transfer it to him/her? No, GPSG tickets are not transferrable. GPSG does not allow students to transfer tickets to other students because many of our events have wait lists of students who are in line to receive tickets as they become available. In order to honor this wait list, if you no longer want or need your ticket, you may request a refund (no less than 48 hours prior to the event start time) and your ticket will be given to a student on the wait list. I joined the wait list, now what? Joining the wait list is your best option to get a ticket to an event that is currently sold out. Once a ticket becomes available, you will receive an email to your @pitt.edu email address with a unique link that will allow you to purchase one ticket. This link will allow to purchase one ticket within 24 hours of receiving the email. Joining the wait list puts you in line to receive one ticket. Due to demand, we are able to offer only one ticket per student on the wait list. I have other questions, what should I do? If you have additional questions, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Any email sent within two hours of an event start time may not be answered due to the Event Planning Committee (EPC) and the VP of Programming's need to facilitate events.
