3 Men Assault Falmouth Bar Security, Make Threats With Guns: PD

FALMOUTH, MA — Three men were arrested Saturday night after Falmouth police said the men threatened people with guns and assaulted bar security outside Pier 37 Boathouse. Just after 11 p.m., the Barnstable County Communications Center received a 911 call from the Scranton Avenue restaurant. Police said the call was hung up, and shouting could be heard in the background of the call. Falmouth officer David Massi said the scene was chaotic upon arrival. Pier 37 Boathouse security staff told police they were assaulted and gun threats were made by a group of men, who police later identified as Marckell Gordon, 20, of Lynn, Terron Jackson Jr., 23, of Harwich, and Jamual Sims, 22, of Wareham. Police said the men were in a vehicle in the parking lot, and when an officer approached, one of the men tried hiding a gun. Police said they removed the men from the vehicle and found two loaded semi-automatic handguns. The three men are facing the following charges: Marckell Gordon, 20 of Lynn - Carry Loaded Firearm without License, Possess Large Capacity Firearm, Possess Firearm with Defaced Serial Number, Armed Assault to Murder and Bomb/ Hijack Threat.Terron Jackson Jr, 23 of Harwich- Carry Loaded Firearm without License (second offense), Possess Large Capacity Firearm, Possess Firearm with Defaced Serial Number, Armed Assault to Murder and Bomb/ Hijack Threat.Jamual Sims, 22 of Wareham- Carry Loaded Firearm without License, Possess Large Capacity Firearm, Possess Firearm with Defaced Serial Number, Armed Assault to Murder and Bomb/ Hijack Threat.
