It's Labor Day, bring a picnic and enjoy some time on the water with us! Enjoy a leisurely social paddle and picnic. Beginner friendly. Bring your friends, your family and your dogs to this beginner friendly paddle on Lake Ivanhoe. Bring a cooler with your favorite beverages and a picnic to enjoy on the shore after a fun social paddle. There are picnic tables and a playground right there on shore. Don't want to bring a cooler? Visit one of the amazing restaurants right across the street and grab a meal to go. Insider tip: Simon at GoJuice will hook you up with an amazing Acai Bowl. It's healthy and refreshing! This event is beginner friendly and dog friendly. It's also friendly to experienced paddlers who want to get outside with a group and get some fresh air, sunshine and exercise! The event fee includes: Paddleboard or kayak and all equipment Lesson or refresher Guided tour What to wear: Workout attire or bathing suit, hat and sunglasses What to bring: Sunscreen, Towel and change of clothing (there are bathrooms on site)Picnic and picnic blanket or chairs The event is $10 with your own board. Tips for your guide are much appreciated! The team at Epic Paddle Adventures strives to provide a memorable experience for each guest. We have an innovative way of teaching paddlboarding (we were founded by teachers) and our favorite words to hear are "This was way easier than I thought!" Our boards are super stable and sturdy.
