Email your agency's information to: [email protected] The deadline for information is September 15, 2021 ** Individuals and families who may need information and resources on alcohol and substance abuse may attend and are encouraged to connect with professionals as well! ** The Council on Substance Abuse-NCADD (COSA-NCADD) is a private non-profit organization founded in 1973 to promote the understanding that alcoholism and other drug dependence are preventable and treatable diseases. COSA-NCADD's mission is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the disease of alcoholism, other drug addiction diseases, and related problems.
