The garden is bountiful - these dishes will be made entirely with homegrown vegetables and basils. Includes rice & serves 2.
Jiin Juwan Curry - inspired by a royal visit to Dutch Indonesia, this curry lies somewhere between matsaman and red curry - fragrant with dried spices, and studded with peanuts, pineapple, and homegrown green peppers
Jungle curry chicken - the spiciest one. Brothy (no coconut cream), full of mixed vegetables (okra, eggplants, etc) and holy basil.
Matsaman curry chicken - the classic. Potatoes, peanuts, onions.
Red curry chicken - classic coconut curry with eggplants & basil from the garden
Phat phrik khing - dry stirfried curry of pork & homegrown long beans with lime leaves
Curry curry (Vegan) - the Thai adaptation of the basic western interpretation of Indian curry - coconut cream and classic Thai aromatics, plus extra fragrant dried spices - made with homegrown pumpkin & okra
Delivery to proximal addresses is available for orders exceeding $60 - please email with your address to request delivery. Otherwise labeled bags will be set on the patio for contactless pickup.

Chef Josh Haynes is a native of Birmingham, AL, and in addition to working in some of the best restaurants in Birmingham spent a year studying in Bangkok, Thailand, surrounded by traditional cuisine. In particular, he is inspired by the remnants of Royal cuisine that linger in Bangkok, and the old-fashioned regional dishes of the Kingdom.
