Hosted by the premiere black woman owned and operated rooftop bar in downtown Birmingham, AL, Bar Sebastian. We are paying homage to soulful cuisine, music, fashion & culture. Vibes: Sex & The City meets House Party. Cocktail hour begins at 6pm. Dinner begins at 7. The party goes from 6 to 10.
