Press release from the Loudoun County Government: August 30, 2021 Loudoun County, VA (August 30, 2021) – The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance to help locate a missing Sterling man. Ahmad Sherkat, 80, is believed to have left his residence in the 400 block of W. Maple Avenue on foot sometime between midnight and 6:45 a.m. this morning. Mr. Sherkat is possibly wearing a brown jacket and black pants. He is considered missing/endangered due to mental and/or physical health concerns. Anyone with any information regarding Mr. Sherkat's whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office by dialing 911 or 703-777-0445. ### This press release was produced by the Loudoun County Government.
