Female Rat in Need of Experienced Home

Hello, I am looking to rehome Spoon, my 1 year old female rat. She has no known health conditions, her issue is that she has been fighting with my other girls. It is not too severe but I am busy working a lot more now so I can’t keep as close of an eye out. Because of that, I would like to rehome her to someone experienced with rats. She is fine with people, just a bit hand shy— though she was a lot more bold when she was younger so she may come around with more socialization. Her issue is with other rats so I want someone experienced with intro’ing rats that may need you to take it slowly. I can rehome her with some supplies, I just want to get an idea of your experience, your other rats’ temperaments, your current set up, that sort of thing.
