Quality driven property preservation inspector needed. We are looking for someone who can timely and accurately inspect interior and exterior condition of properties. You must have knowledge when it comes to vacant or real estate owned properties with attention to the current condition of the home. Inspections will range from roofing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, structural, lawn care, debris, and damages. You must be able to report all observations accurately. You must have your own form of transportation and have a smart phone. Serious Inquiries Only. Please include your name and contact information. You will get compensated for your first 2 jobs after they have been inspected, then net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Our payments are biweekly and are direct deposit. Email for more details.
