A new Barber in Sacramento is seeking people to practice on. I will do a simple mens and will not charge anything. If you can tip or appreciate the cut than donations can be taken of course but you do not need to pay any minums. I would take before and after pictures. You do not need to show your face if you don't want to. I am based in Sacramento and cannot travel further than say elk grove / roseville etc. If you are in general thats fine.
