LITTLETON, CO — Littleton's city clerk has certified the petitions for nine City Council candidates running for the Nov. 2 election. Littleton voters approved a measure in the November 2020 election that changes how the mayor will be elected. For the first time in the city's history, council members won't appoint the mayor — voters will elect the mayor.
