Description
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — Monday, Aug. 30, is the deadline to register to vote by mail in the Sept. 14 California gubernatorial recall election.
San Diego County residents need to register or re-register to vote if they are not registered in the county, recently moved or changed their name.
