need front headlights properly installed 2007 toyota highlander

I have a 2007 toyota highlander with a new set of headlights the front bumper needs 4 more screws (i believe 8mm threads and a 10mm head, but not sure) i want the headlights installed correctly without all the gaps visible in the picture please tell me your price to install it correctly i can come to you or you can come to me, you let me know
