For the 20th anniversary of 9/11, a former Bush administration official is speaking in Framingham.State police are investigating the death of a man who was hit while changing a tire along Route 2. Today's Top Story Worcester police have captured a man on the state's most-wanted list after less than two months. Jeffrey Beltre-Rojas was being sought in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred last summer in the city's Main South neighborhood. The victim died in January while in hospice care in New York.
