Stray kittens younger than a year old

Stray kittens that came from the woods in our backyard. Less than a year old. Don't know where their mom is. We feel bad for these kittens sleeping in this heat with no water or food. Been giving them some cat food and they trust us. Please bring cage and treats. Would call animal services but they made us go to court for feeding them. We told them to take the kittens, they came from the woods but they gave us a ticket and didn't come back to take them. Free to anyone that have experience with cats. Don't know if they're good with kids. They don't scratch or bite us.
