A property management and hotel hospitality company on the beach is looking for someone with basic property management experience, good computer skills and willing to work flexible hours. QuickBooks Experience a must. Need someone who can learn quickly, adapt to change, with good follow up skills. A willingness and flexibility to learn is essential as training maybe required to gain new skill sets. Skills we are looking for: - Quickbooks - Payroll functions and quarterly reporting - Rental reporting and follow through - Renting/viewing of properties and managing rental applications - Hotel frontdesk duties, - French speaking a plus. - Mail, Email and bill paying - Website design and maintenance a plus.
