Found male cat in the city of roseville

brown grey and white tabby cat came right up on the porch a few minutes ago, just hanging around on the porch like he grew up here. Id guess maybe a year old or a lil over or younger. Seems like he belongs to someone. Feels like he has fleas and ear mites. Looks healthy as far as figure goes, likes kids, and doesn't seem to mind dogs, and sounds like he may have a throat gurgle randomly. Did your cat find us?
