Christmas and Outdoor Lighting Installer: We are hiring! Pro Light Hangers has been in the industry and serving San Diego County for over 15 years. We are excited to begin our process of hiring employees for the upcoming holiday and Christmas seasons. Job Description: The lighting season is a fast-paced and always changing environment. Whether that is working on a business, residential home, or trees, no job is the same. Positions available can be weekday, weekend, or some combination of both. Being a lighting installer consists of three different phases: before-season training, in-season job installations, and after-season takedowns. Pay: $17-$20 starting, or more, with potential bonuses based on availability and/or work-experience. Training begins in September or early October and will be a multi-day process where safety procedures, methods of installation on homes and trees, and job related tasks will be discussed and performed. Installations will begin in late September or early October and will continue until the middle of December. October installations will be Monday through Saturday and November/December will add Sunday. Flexible schedules are not required but recommended based on demand. Takedowns begin by January 5th and continue until approximately January 20th. All materials are taken down, appropriately wrapped up, and then stored in customer bins to be used for the following season. Takedowns are an opportunity for more employment but not guaranteed based on needs and workload. What we are looking for people who are: 1. Hard workers and willingness to do the tasks necessary to complete each job. 2. Prepared and on-time each and every day. 3. Willingness and ability to follow all safety instructions and protocols. Requirements: 1. Have a valid driver's license. 2. Exhibit professionalism in all aspects of work. 3. Comfortability working on ladders and rooflines. 4. Consistent availability and always being on-time.
