Are you physically strong and mentally sharp? Impact ECO, a trailblazing recycler and full-service junk removal company is looking for intelligent, hard-working individuals to join their team. The position of Field Manager and Driver involves expert driving ability, customer service, physical prowess, team leadership/managerial/delegation skills and attention to detail. Experience with delivery driving, moving, logistics, construction, customer service, or skilled labor is requested but not required. Impact serves all of San Diego County and operates seven days a week. Competitive pay, ample time for training and seat-time, and immediate opportunities for growth (even franchise ownership) are all perks of this position. With a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 26,000 lbs. or less a current "C" Class driver's license is required. Previous experience is advised but not a requirement. Job Requirements: • Applicant must be able to commit to 40 hours of work a week (minimum). Weekend work is available. • Job requires protective safety gear (including steel-toed boots) that applicant may have to provide for themselves. • Heavy lifting, upwards of 70 lbs. individually or 200 lbs. (team) may be required during this job. • Bilingual abilities are encouraged but not required. • California Law requires all insured drivers to be at least 25 years of age at the time of hire to drive or operate company vehicles on public roads. • A clean driving record is strongly encouraged but not required. Starting pay: $18 an hour plus tips with immediate growth opportunities (sky is the limit). Workers comp and benefits provided. Average take-home pay for our drivers is $45,000 a year.
