Christmas Light/Holiday Light Installers

Jobs

Encinitas CA

Description

We are a landscape company that does Christmas lights as seasonal work andare searching for seasonal help with our holiday light installations. Last year we serviced over 50 houses ranging from San Diego County, all the way to Riverside County. While that is a lot of driving, we are willing to compensate per a percentage of the job to make it worth your while. This is seasonal part time work, which has the potential to keep you busy for as much as 7 days a week depending on the work flow. While tips are not guaranteed, last year, about every other house would tip $10 or $20 for each crew member. The work environment is fun, relaxing and overall pleasant because we are helping families lighten up their homes for the holidays. You will be 1099'd, and will be required to provide documentation for us to create a 1099 for you. We will be able to show you how to reduce your expenses when it comes time to do taxes for you. Our expectations for applicants are that they are punctual, presentable, professional, can communicate well with clients, and are flexible with their work schedule. We will be using hooks, staples, gutter clips, and hot glue to install ladders in an overhead position. Christmas light installation experience is a plus, but not a requirement. This is a job where you will be expected to be climbing onto ladders and potentially onto second floor roofs. We will prioritize applicants with a good attitude, ability to learn, and a proven ability to work well with teams. The ideal applicant to us is someone who is looking for part or full time work from November to January, and someone who might be interested in doing landscaping as a part time job in San Diego County. If you would like to hear more, please email me your work experience and a little bit more about your work history. From there, I will send you an immediate follow up either way so you know if we are interested in scheduling a call. Thank you for your time and happy holidays. -Peter
