Our company is seeking a top-notched Maintenance Personnel for our RV park. This individual will help with the overall maintenance, landscaping, and light construction work for our property, and will work alongside at least one other maintenance personnel. We are looking for a team player! We are looking to employ a long term employee with strong ethics, great personality, and a heart for company loyalty. >>> DUTIES <<< • Maintain park appearances by up-keeping common areas, restrooms and recreational areas, and keeping them free of trash/debris • Maintain all community landscaping: mowing, weeding, planting, leaf removal, etc. • Conduct monthly utility meter readings • Inspect property grounds and maintain property equipment >>> QUALIFICATIONS <<< • 1+ years maintenence or landscaping experience • Must be reliable • Ability to work with all types of individuals • Must VALID driver’s license If interested, please email your resume.
