Recently my wife and I moved to 29 Palms from Fredericksburg, Texas. I've written and recorded an album's worth of songs. Also I'm recruiting some dudes or chicks (drums, bass, and a 2nd guitar) to join this rad Thrash/Groove/Horror leaning Heavy Metal band. Our biggest influences are Danzig and Pantera, but it doesn't take much imagination to hear the influence of Metallica, Anthrax, Misfits, and Motörhead. SPELLGRINDER's first single 'Grimoire' was released late February 2021 and it's already got over 12,000 plays on Spotify. Our 2nd single '5 Pointed Star' is also gettin tons of play and rave reviews. Our cover of Samhain's "All Murder All Guts All Fun" was just featured on a Samhain underground Punk and Metal compilation on Black Donut Records. Spellgrinder has thousands of fans already, so this can be a great band to step into, as much of the work has already been done. I've got space to rehearse at my home as well as recording capabilities. I'm also not opposed to driving out to where you are. Like, I'll drive 100 miles twice a week and not give a fuck about it if you're good. I have recorded and produced everything that Spellgrinder has released so far. I'm regularly releasing singles and promoting the hell out of it with relentless sharing and ads. I've also got video filming and editing capabilities, so we're a full in house production studio. I am endorsed by Ola Englund's Solar Guitars and I rock a "Dime Slime" colored Solar Type E guitar. Solar does a great job promoting their artists and it's an honor to be associated with them. I'm hella ambitious, and hopefully you are too.
