Warehouse Fulfillment Associate Abadak, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves, pack products in appropriate packaging, and ship products to correct recipient in a timely manner • Lift packages up to 50 lbs • Accurately type order details into freight software to generate shipping labels • Consistently meet daily efficiency and accuracy expectations • Safely and efficiently operate Powered Industrial Trucks, including forklifts and order pickers as needed • Participate in receiving inbound shipments and perform stocking duties • Maintain proper inventory controls and perform inventory cycle counts • Operate power tools in performing minimal fabrication as needed • Perform proper housekeeping and janitorial duties • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Lead or assist with a wide variety of special projects or tasks at the company’s request Requirements: • Must have high school diploma or equivalent • Must provide current resume, salary history, and references • Must be able to work full-time Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch • Must be able to pass a background check • Must live within 30 minutes of Georgetown, TX • Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment • Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly and must comply with team lifting policies and techniques • Must have proficient typing and computer skills • Must have excellent punctuality (show up to work regularly on time and work on a regular schedule) • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Must have high energy and a sense of urgency • Must be able to pass internal licensing process for operating powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and order pickers Benefits: • Hourly Pay Range: $13.00 - $17.00 • Pay is based on experience and qualifications • Paid company holidays • Paid time off after 90 days • Great working environment
