Sunday, August 29th- Left my phone on the 28X between Smithfield &William Penn and Oakland stops around 2:45 pm. Black phone in black case. Stylus was still in it. Obviously older tech, well used and fairly non-descript. But I am willing to give a $100 cash reward for it because it contains pictures of people and pets who aren't with me anymore, and of course, not backed-up. Thanks for reading and for looking.
