Description
My husband was hiking in the gorge a couple weeks ago when he found this sweet gray shorthair cat alone on the trail. He had a white collar on and was very calm and friendly. We have no idea how he got there, but he was very thin and it was clear he didn't know how to fend for himself outside. My husband knew he couldn't just leave him there, so he brought him home. We bought him a litter box and some nice food. He used the litter box right away, so he was obviously someone's house cat, but either got lost or his owner abandoned him.
He loves being petted and is very well behaved. He is probably about 6 1/2 months old. He is healthy and has no worms or other health issues, and has no trouble with bowel movements etc. (sorry to be so graphic). It looks as if he was already spayed. We really need to find him a good home soon, because we may be travelling and cannot have any pets at this time. We are concerned he might never find a good home if we put him on a waiting list at a shelter. He is too sweet to not try our best to find someone who will love him. He is free to a good home. Thank you.
