Looking for someone to complete the final punch list of items on our basement remodel.
Items like:
Installing caps on stair treads
Putting coat of sealant on laminate floors
Hooking up W/D
Paint touch up
Small amount of cement board above shower surround.
small amount of trim
Full detailed punch list available on request
Must be vaccinated & willing to mask while inside.
If you have framing experience additional work available.
