Landlords Handyman Needed Part-time

Looking for a Handyman/helper with good general skills. Needs to know drywall, painting, light electrical (install a light fixture), some plumbing know-how needed (install water heater, fix leaks, change faucets, etc..). Tasks will also include mowing, clean up, dump runs and whatever the landlord needs done. Most work will be in Pierce county, especially the Tacoma area. Handyman should have his own tools, we have the bigger equipment (pressure washer, mower, etc.) Don't bother contacting me if you are not going to show up!
