The Essential Baking Company is currently hiring production staff to support the growing demand for our artisan style, organic bread. Our bakery is located in the South Seattle/Georgetown area. Mixer / Dough Cutter Day Shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm / 10:00am - 8:00pm (would need to be able to work either shift) Night Shift: 8:00pm - 6:00am Baker Night Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am Desired Skills: Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures Able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet Able to work at a fast pace, in a safe manner while maintaining quality of work Ability to understand basic math using a calculator Basic English communication skills Enjoy working with a team Reliable/good attendance How to apply: If you are interested in joining our growing team, please email your resume and let us know which position and shift you are applying for.
