We are looking for a Metal Worker/General Laborer to support our growth as a furniture design company. We are looking for someone to assist in sanding, assembly, and metal work. One of the most important metal worker general laborer responsibilities is to assembly furniture pieces, such as metal stools frames and chair frames. You will be handling power tools and materials (such as saws and drills). We’d like you to have prior manufacturing experience, as well as the ability to lift heavy loads. You should be able to concentrate on performing your tasks and commit to safety rules. If you fit this description, and you’re also interested in doing tough but important work, we’d like to meet you! Requirements Experience in metal worker a must Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 60 pounds, etc.) Good hand-eye coordination Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus Experience with patina and other finish-applications a plus Communication and teamwork skills Spanish and English skills Commitment to safety rules Specialization is an asset!!
