Sweet cat needs indoor/outdoor home

I sadly need to rehome my cat, Sharks, a male tabby aged 8 years. Sharks is neutered and will come with topical flea medicine, a litter box, pet comb, dry food, catnip, and cat toys. His story is below: Sharks is a very sweet, social cat that loves attention. In 2013, we rescued him from a roadside when he was a kitten, and he has been affectionate to most people ever since. Unfortunately, Sharks doesn't do well with our two children (one is a toddler, the other is a baby), and wants to live outside only. Luckily, we have a small, enclosed backyard, but it's not safe for Sharks to be out when we're not around to monitor him, and raccoons are a danger at night. He likes going outside in his cat stroller, but that's not enough to satisfy him. I think the best thing to do is to rehome Sharks to a place without kids and that might have a safe outdoor space for play. Sharks is OK with dogs and some cats. He'd probably take some time to adjust to being around dogs again. He does not seem to like small children, but he's not aggressive towards them.
