Looking to rehome a handsome pit

I picked up this young man running through a high trafficked street. I’ve been unable to locate his owners and he is not microchipped. He is very sweet and gets along with my other dog. I live in an 800 sq ft condo which isn’t much room for him. He walks great on a leash, but he’s extremely strong when he gets excited so I makes walking very stressful. He definitely needs a yard. Asking for $100 rehoming fee to try to ensure he goes to a great home.
