The Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader will have experience managing a crew, managing man-hour goals on each property, and managing crew accountability. Attention to detail, meeting customers’ expectations, and being a hard worker are qualities that are needed for this position. Knowledge of lawn care equipment including zero-turn riders, stand-ons, walk behinds, string trimmers, and backpack blowers is a must. This position requires an acceptable driving record. Trailer experience preferred.
