Job description About the Company: Multi-Clean, a growing Commercial Cleaning Company, is seeking an Operations Manager. We strive to provide excellent customer service by maintaining high cleaning standards and unparalleled follow-up. We have been in the commercial cleaning industry for 28+ years. Multi-Clean caters to office buildings, schools, churches, medical offices, and manufacturing facilities. Multi-Clean currently services the entire Northeast Oklahoma Region and Oklahoma City. Skills/Qualifications: This position will be based out of the Tulsa area although some travel may be required. Must be able to deal with and confront issues with employees and clients in a professional manner. Knowledge of the Spanish language is helpful but not required. This position can be at times physical, therefore please understand this before applying. The physical part is usually about 30-40% of the work. The physical part can involve: o Carpet cleaning o Water damage cleanup work o Delivering of supplies o Moving of equipment o Occasionally cleaning accounts Hard working, detail oriented & efficient. Will need to be able to pass a background check. Most of the responsibilities of the position involve managing commercial janitorial accounts and special projects such as construction final cleans. Candidate will be expected to be available to work evenings and weekends. Typical week is 40-50 hours. You will have the responsibility to work daily either via phone or in person with many clients and employees. Communication skills are VITAL in this position. Experience in the Janitorial Industry is preferred but not required.
