WORK INC. is actively recruiting for a custodial Project Manager position. The successful candidate will provide hands-on custodial services in a fast paced, high traffic 176,000 sq. ft. federal building in Springfield, MA. The successful candidate will be well versed in all custodial skill areas; have a high school diploma or G.E.D and a minimum of 3 years of custodial experience in a management/supervisory level position. This is a highly visible position that requires strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication, computer literacy and an ability to work comfortably and effectively with a wide variety of individuals including those with disabilities. Preference will be given to applicants with federal security clearance. The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $52,000/year at 40 hours per week that includes employer paid benefits and an annual raise based on established performance criteria. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, except the need to work during “off hours” when responding to building emergencies such as snow removal, floods etc. that may occur during evenings and/or weekends which are eligible for OT. We have an excellent insurance package available as well as other benefits that include 11 paid federal holidays, two weeks of paid vacation per year to start based on a bi-weekly accrual, three paid Float Holidays and 10 paid sick days per year.
